In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, communicate with Tenants, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by managing subcontractors, interpreting technical drawings, and enforcing quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex construction initiatives while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide on-site activities Coordinate construction schedules Enforce OSHA safety regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe job site at all times Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction safety management practices across the site Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and safety records using Prolog or similar systems Oversee budget tracking, cost control measures, and procurement processes to ensure projects stay within financial parameters Lead team meetings, manage communication with clients and stakeholders, and resolve on-site issues promptly Experience Proven experience in construction management with a focus on restaurant TI projects Extensive on-site construction experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards Familiarity with construction scheduling Knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations for construction sites Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple subcontractors Hands-on experience supervising projects from start-up through completion with an emphasis on quality control and schedule coordination Join us as a Field Superintendent if you're ready to lead impactful projects with energy and precision!
