THE WORK
You'll coordinate with public agencies and external stakeholders during construction to ensure compliance with off-site work requirements and project objectives. You'll manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. You'll support contract administration activities, including bid analysis, pre-construction meetings, award coordination, and contractor communications. You'll review and evaluate contractors' construction schedules, submittals, schedules of values, and requests for information to ensure project readiness and compliance. You'll lead coordination between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, scope, and cost parameters. You'll review contractor submittals and obtain responses to requests for clarification, maintaining accurate logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You'll negotiate change orders with contractors and assess cost and schedule impacts to achieve fair, reasonable, and project-aligned outcomes. You'll review payment applications and oversee the fiscal management of project resources to support effective project controls and financial stewardship. You'll coordinate with field inspectors to identify, document, and resolve differing site conditions and construction-related issues. You'll perform a variety of construction management responsibilities and special assignments as needed to support successful project delivery. $110,000- $140,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
3- 5+ years of experience in Construction Management required, specifically in near-water/over-water, heavy civil construction projects BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience required
