Site Supervision & Subcontractor Management:
Lead daily field operations, direct subcontractors, coordinate city inspections, maintain job schedules, and support lead site carpenters. 25%
Estimating & Client Problem-Solving:
Partner with architectural designers to review plans, draft accurate project estimates, identify constructability risks, and walk clients through site decisions. 25%
Hands-On Leadership & Mentorship:
Apply expert framing and finish carpentry knowledge to solve complex job-site challenges while training and supporting field crews. Requirements 5+ years (10+ preferred) in high-end custom residential construction management or former general contracting business ownership. Proven proficiency in project estimating, blueprint reading, Silicon Valley building codes, and subcontractor scheduling. Deep expertise in structural framing, finish carpentry, and high-end residential trades. Excellent client-facing communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Valid Driver's License and reliable transport across job sites. $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
