This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for building vibrant communities. You will coordinate all phases of construction, ensure regulatory compliance, manage project budgets, and lead diverse teams to achieve project goals on time and within scope. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will drive project success while fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating construction schedule activities effectively Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements for each project phase Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes in compliance with construction regulations and company policies Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D to monitor progress, document issues, and facilitate communication among teams Coordinate construction plans with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients while reading blueprints and construction drawings accurately Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations at all times Manage project budgets meticulously through cost management strategies while tracking expenditures against forecasts Supervise on-site construction activities ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently Lead project teams by managing schedules, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining clear communication channels for seamless project coordination Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control measures, and adherence to safety standards Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and problem-solving to overcome project challenges Experience Proven experience managing multifamily or commercial construction projects with a focus on complex infrastructure development Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project along with construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Hands-on experience with construction site operations including blueprint reading, site safety protocols, and construction plans review Familiarity with civil engineering principles using Civil 3D or similar design software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines Strong communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Join us if you're ready to lead impactful multifamily projects that shape communities!
