PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

— Madera, CA Carmel Homes / DMP Development Corp. Carmel Homes and DMP Development Corp. are looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Superintendent to join our team in Madera, CA. We're a family-owned company that has been building in the Madera/Fresno area for over 30 years — hundreds of homes and apartments delivered, and known as Madera's most trusted builder. Beyond new home construction, we also manage single-family rental homes and own and manage office and retail space, so this role covers a lot of ground for the right person. What You'll Do This is a hands-on role that blends new home construction with property management, including: Overseeing day-to-day construction on our single-family residential tract developments — scheduling trades, walking sites, and keeping projects on track Managing quality control from start to finish — we only deliver the best to our customers, and that starts on the jobsite Coordinating tenant turns for our single-family rental properties Managing commercial tenant improvement projects for our office and retail spaces You'll be our one and only Superintendent covering all of it, so we need someone who can stay organized across multiple projects at once and never let the details slip.
