A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description

Boutique Real Estate Investment and Development Company looking to add design and construction management capabilities. Candidates might have Design and Construction experience or might only have experience in one of these disciplines. We are flexible in adding these capabilities to our group in ways that work for our hire(s). We will entertain contact work, and/or candidates looking for part-time or full-time employment. Pay can be hourly or salaried and will depend on experience. We are also flexible to take on paid interns with an interest in developing these skills. Candidates must possess all of the following: 1. Live in Marin or Sonoma County, or the city of San Francisco. No exceptions. 2. Architecture/Design candidates must draw in CAD and/or Revit. California license is beneficial, but not required. a. We will also consider local "draft only" candidates for contract or hourly/part-time work. 3. Project Management/Construction candidates will be actively engaged as builders with experience in rough and finish carpentry (candidate will be hired to do the work in house and coordinate trades), or will be experienced in construction project management and will also participate in property development and property management activities.
