We're looking for someone who knows roofing, keeps crews organized, communicates well with homeowners, and takes ownership of each project from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and inspections. Visit job sites regularly to check progress, workmanship, and safety. Keep homeowners informed and address questions or concerns throughout the project. Review contracts and scopes of work before starting each job. Ensure materials are ordered correctly and delivered on time. Track project costs and coordinate approval for change orders before additional work begins. Identify and resolve job-site issues promptly. Maintain project photos, notes, and updates in our CRM. Complete final walkthroughs and ensure punch-list items are resolved. Qualifications Roofing experience required; general remodeling experience is a plus. Previous experience managing construction projects, crews, or subcontractors. Knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation practices. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple job sites and follow through on commitments. Comfortable using a smartphone and CRM to document project progress. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites throughout Los Angeles County.
