Experience with permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, or construction closeout documentation is preferred. Associate degree preferred; relevant construction experience may be substituted. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and support multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Forma, or AutoCAD is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of construction project phases, from estimating and pre-construction through completion and closeout. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established document-control procedures. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Frequent use of standard office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to visit active construction sites and safely navigate uneven terrain. Work Environment Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to active landscape and pool construction sites. Occasional travel to company facilities, client meetings, inspections, or training events. Fast-paced construction environment involving frequent coordination with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
