Job Summary We are seeking an detail-oriented Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes. Your leadership will drive project efficiency and foster a culture of safety and teamwork. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical construction crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and workflow Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate proper installation Monitor project budgets, control costs Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA safety standards and quality control measures Oversee project documentation including daily reports, safety logs, inspection records, and change orders Skills Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints reading, and troubleshooting with tools like an ohmmeter Proven supervision skills with a track record of managing large electrical teams on complex projects Deep understanding of construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction estimating Excellent management abilities with a focus on team leadership, communication, and problem-solving Hands-on experience in heavy civil or pipeline projects is a plus Join us to lead impactful electrical projects that shape the future of infrastructure!
