Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager specializing in Commercial Construction to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and maintain compliance with construction regulations. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and blueprint interpretation will drive project success and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about delivering high-quality commercial projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates with HeavyBid or comparable tools, and implementing cost control measures Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent Coordinate procurement activities including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material orders while managing relationships with vendors and suppliers Supervise on-site construction activities by managing teams in a construction management role, ensuring quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times Utilize construction estimating techniques to evaluate project scope changes and manage project schedules to meet deadlines efficiently Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to construction regulations and safety standards Facilitate communication among stakeholders through project coordination meetings, progress reports, and documentation updates using construction management software Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices while maintaining a focus on sustainable construction methods Experience Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project along with familiarity with project management software like ProCore or Bluebeam Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex construction plans, schematics, and blueprints accurately Hands-on experience in civil 3D or similar civil engineering design software is highly desirable Strong background in cost management using HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools coupled with effective contract negotiation skills Prior experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining high safety standards Deep understanding of construction regulations, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance requirements for commercial infrastructure projects Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating exceptional time management skills Join us if you're ready to lead impactful commercial infrastructure projects with energy and precision.
