Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Marin Commercial Banking Office in Novato, California. This is a full-time position that requires both office-based and off-site (in person) visits to clients and prospective new relationships to the Bank. The Senior Relationship Manager manages, cultivates, and retains established client portfolios. Additionally, the position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities through an extensive local business network, developing new client portfolio relationships to meet ongoing Balance Sheet (Loan and Deposit) growth goals. The Senior Relationship Manager should have significant expertise and experience with complex credit requests and have a high-level understanding of all banking credit, deposit, and treasury management products and services to identify opportunities to deepen banking relationships and increase overall client satisfaction through exemplary service levels. The overall objective of this position is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients by formulating business growth strategies to meet the financial needs of both their business as well as the various members of the business Leadership Team. Educational Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 5-7 year's relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The hiring pay range for this position is $151,132 to $219,144. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
