WBE is looking for a Renewables Electrical Superintendent who knows how complex electrical projects actually get built, and how to lead the union craft professionals who build them. We want a proven field leader who can plan the work, lead General Foremen and Foremen, drive production, protect safety and quality, solve problems in real time, and keep major renewable projects moving. What You'll Own Lead General Foremen, Foremen and electrical craft teams Drive manpower planning, scheduling, production and material/equipment readiness Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineering, estimating and other trades Maintain strong relationships with unions , including manpower needs and jurisdictional matters Keep projects aligned with drawings, specifications and schedules Lead jobsite safety, QA/QC and field training Solve productivity, coordination and construction problems before they become bigger problems Build relationships with customers, inspectors and trade partners Develop the next generation of WBE field leadership Travel 75-100% to project sites What You Bring 8+ years of supervisory experience in electrical construction or a combination of relevant education, training and experience. You'll need strong knowledge of NEC, electrical drawings and schematics, NFPA 70E , and a serious commitment to jobsite safety. OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid are preferred. State Certified Electrician required. IBEW background strongly preferred. We're especially interested in leaders who understand union electrical construction, have successfully partnered with union field leadership and know how to get the best from skilled craft teams. Compensation Salary Range:
