Experienced Residential Construction Production Manager

Manage all operations in our construction firm, specializing in home improvements such as siding, windows, decks, additions and remodels with an emphasis on customer service and beautiful work. This is an amazing opportunity for a high energy, self-motivated individual, who enjoys multitasking and taking ownership. We require someone with the ability to foster a positive teamwork atmosphere, no finger pointing. This is a fast paced and exciting environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling various trades, material acquisition, job site and project management, cost control, quality control, customer relations, the ability to handle difficult customers, managing workers, problem solving and team building, with the ability to give positive feedback and motivate and reward others for a job well done. We are looking for the best of the best!

A MINIMUM

of 5 years' experience managing multiple home improvement and construction projects simultaneously. You must have the ability to navigate difficult customers and solve problems on the fly. Retention and dedication are key. You must always be on time or early, look professional and have a great attitude. Salary will depend on experience and skill level.
