A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Pay:
$25-$40/hour, based on experienceSchedule:
Full-Time Responsibilities Review and fully understand each project's scope before work begins. Meet the client and crew onsite on Day 1 to review the scope and expectations. Manage approximately 5-10 projects per month. Maintain strong communication between clients, crews, subcontractors, and the office. Visit jobsites to monitor progress, quality, and schedules. Take jobsite measurements as needed. Coordinate and order materials when necessary to keep projects moving. Make sure crews have the materials and information needed to complete each job. Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally. Complete final walkthroughs and ensure punch-list items are completed. Qualifications Residential construction/remodeling experience required. Project management experience preferred. Ability to read scopes, take accurate measurements, and understand construction materials. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Reliable transportation required.
