Full-Time / Part-Time Commercial Driver (Flexible Routes

•Bay Area) Code 3 Transportation has immediate openings for two professional drivers to support a variety of routes throughout the Bay Area. This is a high-responsibility, flexible position for experienced commercial drivers who can adapt quickly and handle different assignments day-to-day. You will cover multiple routes, including commuter shuttles, on-demand trips, and charter (retail) work . This role requires a strong commitment to reliability, safety, and professionalism . This position is ideal for someone based in the East Bay who is comfortable driving throughout the entire Bay Area. The work is rewarding, but also fast-paced and requires flexibility.

What You'll Do:

Operate a variety of routes and assignments as directed Cover on-call trips and last-minute schedule needs Safely transport passengers while providing excellent customer service Communicate with dispatch and follow all instructions and schedules Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Requirements (ALL

REQUIRED

) : Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for a minimum of 4 years At least 4 years of commercial driving experience Current and up-to-date Medical Examiner's Card Clean driving record (will be verified) No major accidents or DUIs Strong defensive driving skills and safety awareness Punctual, dependable, and professional Flexible and able to work any route assigned Willing and able to cover on-call trips Open availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends) Comfortable driving throughout the entire

Bay Area Schedule & Availability:

This position can be full-time or part-time , depending on your availability. While there is flexibility in scheduling, drivers must provide advance notice of their availability so schedules can be created accordingly .

Interview Process:

A road test will be conducted during the interview to evaluate driving ability.

Compensation & Benefits:

$24.00

•$27.00/hour , depending on experience and qualifications Charter (retail) trips include guaranteed gratuity (12
