Job Description Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for: Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall project performance Prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities Monitor project costs and maintain profitability objectives Support project scheduling and risk management initiatives Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The ideal Senior Project Manager will have: 10+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Solid tenure with reputable General Contractors Experience managing public works, educational, commercial, or civic projects Proven success overseeing projects valued between $10M and $100M+ Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer We are offering this

Base Salary:
