Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead large, complex construction projects or manage multiple smaller projects from planning through completion. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the construction phase, coordinating clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Partner with project development teams to assess constructability, identify risks, develop pricing, and establish project schedules. Oversee project budgets, cost forecasts, revenue projections, change orders, and overall financial performance. Coordinate project meetings and maintain alignment among internal departments and key stakeholders. Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, and deliverables to ensure objectives are achieved on time. Provide leadership and direction to project teams while supporting the development and mentorship of less-experienced team members. Address critical project issues, make informed decisions, and escalate unusual challenges when necessary. Support team performance through coaching, training, and, when applicable, hiring and performance management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience. 7+ years of energy performance contracting (EPC) experience, including construction project or team management. Demonstrated experience leading multiple large or complex construction projects. Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, controls, power generation, and water systems. Ability to interpret and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation. Solid knowledge of construction methods, building codes, permitting, and project delivery processes. Strong financial and budget management capabilities. Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems.
