Position:

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from project initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Superintendent coordinates with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency, resolve issues, and promote a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials. Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety protocols, and quality control inspections. Collaborate with project managers, modular production factory and subcontractors to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Foster a culture of safety and teamwork, leading by example to promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

4+ years of previous experience in construction management, with a focus on modular construction preferred. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations. Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually commensurate with qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, internal equity, and market data.

Schedule:

You will be required to travel to and work at various job sites as assigned. Your reporting location, work schedule, and hours may vary and will be communicated based on project needs
