A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

  • Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically in the restoration or adaptive reuse space Coordinate with field teams, estimators, and ownership to ensure schedule and budget are maintained Experience working on renovation, restoration, or technically complex commercial projects Ability to handle subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking Background with historic, institutional, or commercial work preferred A bit about us:•Lead complex, high-visibility historic restoration projects across Southern California while working with one of the most established specialty contractors in the market.
