Key Responsibilities Organize and execute construction projects. Prepare estimates and proposals in a fast-paced construction environment. Coordinate construction permits and regulatory requirements. Communicate with engineers and city officials. Manage vendors and order materials based on drawings and specifications. Coordinate with customers and vendors throughout project delivery, installation, and permitting. Work with AutoCAD designers on plan-view and elevation drawings during design and project implementation. Perform material takeoffs Conduct job site visits. Coordinate warehouse infrastructure installations, including pallet racking, mezzanines, boltless shelving, dock equipment, conveyors, and sprinkler system upgrades. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of construction-related experience. Familiarity with warehouse buildouts, including racking and conveyors. Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification. Experience with Acumatica or other ERP systems. Ability to speak Mandarin.
