Key Responsibilities Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish. Prepare estimates, proposals, and material take-offs. Coordinate with customers, vendors, engineers, and city officials. Manage material orders, permits, and installation schedules. Review project drawings with AutoCAD designers. Conduct site visits and ensure project requirements are met. Requirements Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in warehouse projects. Ability to read technical drawings and basic AutoCAD knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification. Experience with Acumatica or other ERP systems. Mandarin-speaking ability.
