North Inland Empire Service Area Job Summary Join i9 Sports as a Site Manager! You'll be the face of our weekend game days, ensuring kids, coaches, and parents have an incredible experience. If you love sports and leadership, this is the perfect flexible weekend role. Regional Details Our programs rotate seasonally to provide the best facilities for our athletes. This position covers our North Cluster , including: Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana, Rialto, Bloomington, Chino, and Ontario. Assignment locations vary by season. Reliable transportation to all cities in this cluster is required.

Responsibilities Field & Equipment Expert:

Set up and break down playing fields and equipment efficiently, prioritizing player safety and enjoyment. (

Note:

Setup and Cleanup counts as one game toward compensation).

Logistical Leader:

Guarantee programs run on schedule and smoothly, coordinating logistics and proactively addressing any challenges that arise.

Sportsmanship Champion:

Emphasize and actively demonstrate core sportsmanship values, cultivating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

Part-Time & Volunteer Mentor:

Provide effective supervision, guidance, and support to part-time staff and volunteer coaches.

Welcoming Ambassador:

Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently displaying a positive and helpful attitude and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from players, families, and spectators.

Venue Maintenance Pro:

Organize game day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant and well-kept environment. Qualifications/Requirements 18+

Years Old:

Meet the minimum age requirement for responsible supervision.

Physical Strength:

Ability to safely lift and move equipment (40-50 lbs) during setup and breakdown.

Communication & Organization:

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities for smooth program execution.

Smart Device Savvy:

Have a smartphone compatible with iOS or Android for necessary apps and communication.

Self-Directed & Proactive:

Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to handle challenges and ensure program success independently.

Safety Champion:

Prioritize player safety, proactively identifying and addressing risks, with the ability to take decisive action in any situation.

Positive & Collaborative:

Maintain a cheerful and encouraging attitude, building strong relationships with players, coaches, and families.

Flexible Schedule & Mobility:

Adapt to a varied schedule (weekends/evenings) and commute to various seasonal venues within the North IE service area for the season duration (approximately 7-8 weeks).

Background Check:

Pass a mandatory National Criminal Background Check for participant safety.

Driver's License & Reliable Transportation:

Hold a valid state-issued driver's license and have access to reliable transportation with the capacity to pull a trailer for equipment transport (if necessary). Payment Disclosure Payment for this position is based on a game rate structure. This means that as an independent contractor, you will be paid weekly based only on the number of games you successfully work during that period. Your total weekly compensation will be the established rate multiplied by the number of games completed (including setup/cleanup blocks); it is not a fixed salary or an hourly wage for time spent outside of game duties. Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
