Job Description:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects ranging up to $15M. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and safety measures, and serve as the key point of contact between the field and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily field operations from mobilization to closeout Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors through all phases of construction Maintain and update construction schedules to ensure on-time project delivery Enforce OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and company safety standards at all times Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and quality control checks Mentor and develop crew members and promote a positive, solution-oriented jobsite culture Conduct site walkthroughs, owner meetings, and final punch list completion Ensure site cleanliness and professional appearance through organized logistics and planning What You'll Get at

QualificationsRequired:

5-8 years of field leadership experience in residential and/or commercial construction Proven ability to lead subcontractors and crews through multi-phase builds Working knowledge of California building codes, permits, and safety regulations Experience managing projects between $5M-$15M OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

Experience with ground-up construction and interior buildouts Familiarity with ADA compliance, LEED standards, and QA/QC practices Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Tech-savvy with scheduling tools and construction management software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred but not required) If you are passionate about leading construction projects and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Construction Superintendent.
