Job Description
Land Development Project Engineer (PE) (Riverside) We're hiring an experienced, licensed Civil Engineer with a land development background to lead site/civil projects in the Riverside area. You'll take residential, commercial, and mixed-use site projects from concept through permitting and construction. What you'll do Lead site grading, stormwater management, drainage, and utility design Prepare and seal site plans, plan sets, and permit submittals Manage project schedules and coordinate with clients, surveyors, and local review agencies Mentor and review the work of EITs and designers What you'll need Professional Engineer (PE) license 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3
