Projects include deck builds, siding installation, dry rot repair, painting, window replacement, and roofing systems.

Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Manage multiple exterior renovation and repair projects simultaneously. Schedule crews, materials, and inspections to maintain on-time, on-budget completion. Review contracts, plans, and scopes of work prior to project start. Coordinate with homeowners, general contractors, inspectors, and city planning departments. Site Management & Quality Control Conduct job site visits to ensure workmanship meets company standards. Supervise and support crews performing siding installs, deck builds, dry rot repairs, window installs, painting, and roofing. Resolve field issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain client confidence. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols. Budgeting & Reporting Track project budgets, material costs, and labor hours. Approve change orders and manage scope adjustments with clients. Report weekly on project progress, profitability, and timelines to senior management. Client Communication Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide daily or weekly progress updates and promptly address any concerns. Maintain strong relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Qualifications 1-5 years of project management experience in exterior construction or general contracting. Strong knowledge of siding, deck systems, dry rot repair, paint prep/application, roofing, and window installation. Proven ability to manage field crews and subcontractors effectively. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with estimating, scheduling, and construction software (e.g., SumoQuote, BuilderTrend, or similar). Valid California driver's license and clean driving record required. Contractor's License (preferred but not required).
