What You'll Do Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Monitor workmanship, quality control, and jobsite safety Conduct subcontractor meetings and daily jobsite coordination Review plans, specifications, and project documents Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to keep projects on track Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams What We're Looking For 2-5 years of commercial construction experience Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or strong Field Supervisor Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong understanding of commercial construction processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities Strong commitment to safety and quality Procore or similar construction software experience is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
