Tenant Improvement Overview:

Join a growing commercial construction organization specializing in Life Science, commercial/industrial construction, tenant improvement, and structural projects throughout the Bay Area . This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys managing fast-paced projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving successful project execution from preconstruction through client occupancy. The company offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support and a steady pipeline of projects due to continued growth. Location Onsite throughout the Bay Area Projects primarily located between Mountain View, South San Francisco, San Francisco, and Hayward Daily jobsite presence required; this is not a remote position

Compensation:

Base Salary:

$130,000 - $200,000 Performance-based bonus potential up to approximately 15%

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead commercial construction projects from startup through client move-in Oversee all onsite construction activities, subcontractors, and project personnel Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing plans, and recovery strategies Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, subcontractor schedules, and project logistics Partner with Project Managers to review budgets and project scopes Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal agencies Conduct jobsite meetings and walkthroughs with clients and subcontractors Identify project risks proactively and implement solutions Maintain field documentation and contract records Drive safety initiatives, conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure compliance standards are met Coordinate punch-list completion and project closeout activities

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Tenant Improvement (TI) project experience Experience managing commercial construction projects within the Bay Area Strong scheduling, coordination, and client-facing skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Current First Aid and CPR certifications Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and project priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
