Job Description
- Senior Manager, Tenders - EPC
Locations:
- San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; or Austin, TX
- Work arrangement:
- Hybrid—Tuesday through Thursday in the office; Monday and Friday remote
Compensation:
- $140,000-$160,000 base salary, plus a 20% annual bonus
Travel:
- Up to 30%

- Vice President, Preconstruction and EPC Tenders

- Senior Manager, Tenders
- to lead strategic tendering and commercial negotiations for utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage system projects.
- What you'll do
- + Lead end-to-end tendering activities for EPC contracts and, where applicable, O&M service contracts.
- What you'll bring
- + A relevant college degree, preferably in engineering, supply chain, construction management, business management, or a related discipline.
- What will help you succeed
- You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can find practical solutions to difficult business challenges. You combine strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with careful attention to contractual detail and risk. You communicate clearly, build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, manage competing priorities, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

- The base salary range for this position is
- $140,000-$160,000 annually
