Operating under strict safety protocols and rigorous quality gates, this mission requires absolute discipline, precision, and zero margin for error. This is not a general janitorial cleanup. This is a highly controlled, zoned turnover operation spanning Levels 1-7, the roof, and elevator control structures. You will execute a strict operating rule: high-to-low, dry-before-wet, clean-to-dirty, farthest point toward controlled exit, floors last.
CRITICAL DEADLINE
Roster allocation closes promptly. Final crew selection will lock on September 14. Work Starts Sept. 15 each position will be 40 hours a week until the end of October.

Your deployment will be executed across two distinct phases across highly defined floor inspection partitions (Zones A through E): Deployment 1 (Construction / Initial Heavy Clean): Strip the building of construction reality. Execute heavy dust removal, high overhead HEPA dusting, vertical surface decontamination, glazing/window detailing, restroom deep cleans, and millwork interior extraction. Deployment 2 (Touch-Up / Turnover Clean): Tactical elimination of post-construction contamination. Target trade fingerprints, light settled dust, footprints, hardware detailing, elevator lobbies, and corridor corrections to prepare zones for immediate Whiting-Turner and Owner punch-list sign-off.
Rigorous Qualifications & Requirements Field Experience:
Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial construction final cleaning experience on large-scale builds (hotels, student housing, or multi-story commercial offices).
Tactical Execution:
Mastery of commercial HEPA vacuum systems, microfiber detailing, metalwork polishing, and variable chemical safety standards.
