Position Overview:

The Flex Security Officer provides adaptable security services on a temporary or as-needed basis across various client sites. These officers are available to respond to dynamic security needs, including special events, emergency situations, or short notice staffing requirements. Complete incident reports, shift logs, and activity reports accurately and promptly. Record all relevant security activity, incidents, and observations. Why work for Condor Security? REQUIRES

possession of a state Guard Card Applicants need to have one at the time of application to be considered Our team is looking for individuals who are dependable, optimistic, problem solvers who lead by example Overview of Duties and Physical Requirements Provide security services at local sites Serve as a visible security presence at client locations Utilization of tour tracking software in the performance of daily duties Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, as needed Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies when necessary Provide customer service driven, professional security services Continuous physical effort that requires prolonged periods of walking, standing Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Other duties as assigned Education and Certification Requirements Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent Possession of state Guard Card Possession of a valid Driver's License Other Looking for on-call flexible security officers Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the U.S. Employment is conditioned on successful completion of background check If prior military, must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer
