Hourly Position Pay:

$32.00+ per hour, based on experience

Since 2017, we have successfully performed work for agencies and entities such as the National Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and the United States Department of Agriculture. Our operations continue to expand throughout the United States, including Nevada, Arizona, Utah, California and New York. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support our growing project needs in the San Luis Obispo, California area. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong Quality Control (QC) background to oversee onsite construction operations and help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, field personnel, and back-office support throughout all phases of construction. This position is based in the San Luis Obispo, California area and may require occasional travel to other project locations based on company needs. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate day-to-day onsite construction activities Maintain project quality, schedule, safety, and compliance standards Coordinate field activities with Project Managers, subcontractors, Foremen, and other project personnel Monitor work for compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements Support Quality Control (QC) inspections, documentation, and reporting Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation Communicate project progress, issues, scheduling needs, and field conditions to management Assist with coordinating materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field personnel Participate in project meetings, inspections, and site coordination as required Promote and maintain a safe and professional work environment Benefits As a full-time member of the Aventus NV, Inc. team, benefits include: 401(k) Paid time off Opportunities for performance-based bonuses Schedule Full-time, hourly position 8-hour or 10-hour shifts depending on project requirements Schedule may vary based on project needs Occasional after-hours, night, weekend, or graveyard shifts may be required Requirements Previous construction superintendent or similar field leadership experience Quality Control (QC) experience preferred Past experience with Gordian Cloud Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, scheduling, and field operations Ability to effectively coordinate subcontractors and field personnel Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and ability to self-commute to project locations Able to pass a background check Ability to travel as required based on project needs Ability to relocate to or reside within commuting distance of the Paso Robles, California area prior to employment, if applicable
