JOB SUMMARY
Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, leadership, staff development, training, performance improvement, and management of key services in accordance with policies and procedures. Effectively interact with the individuals and their circle of support regarding the processes of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Field Supervisor will review referral packets, assess the consumer, and coordinate with the consumer's counselor at the local Regional Center. The Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Field Supervisor will work closely with clients' family members to guide and support them with Redwood Family Care Network services while maintaining documentation and assisting with community outreach to market the program. Knowledge of Title 17 and 22, federal and state laws, regional center department of social services, Individual Program Plans, and behavior modification programs.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years experience preferred supporting adults with developmental disabilities 2 years experience in Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Field Supervisor SLS, ILS, CIT and PAS Bachelor's Degree preferred 3•5 years of supervisory experience with supervising 5•30 employees Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a California Driver's License. Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check. CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire). Must have First Aid / CPR.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
