Your focus is providing Project & Design Coordination to the Construction Manager, Supervisors, & Clients. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage all genders to apply. Job Overview The success of the Project & Design Coordinator's role to the Construction Manager is based on keeping the customer informed throughout their construction project. Staying responsive and resourceful on the minor client related issues is a strength of ours. This requires ongoing updates to customer portal BuilderTrend, in a timely, accurate, and efficient fashion. This makes a stronger impression with our the client experience and increases sub-contractor participation. The Project & Design Coordinator will handle client issues and sub-contractor related issues in an effective and responsive manner.
Job Duties:
Maintaining & updating the customer portal software (BuilderTrend) Tracking and coordinating To-Do's for the supervisors, employees, subcontractors, and clients Periotic Travel to job sites. (West LA, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Cheviot Hills, San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc...) Meeting with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and other employees Maintaining employee schedule and work assignments Reviewing employee time cards for accuracy Picking up and delivering small items Ordering materials and scheduling appointments & deliveries Coordination with Architects, Designers, and clients on design selections Skills & Tools Required Extremely organized and responsible Good communication skills Knowledge of construction Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines Design Acumen Follow through on tasks Computer literate Bi-Lingual preferred Must have own transportation Able to work at a fast pace handling multiple issues Please submit a cover letter with your resume with desired salary compensation to be considered for this position.Job Type:
