This isn't a frontdesk-only role. You'll be the hub between our field crews, project managers, subcontractors, and clients, so you need to be organized, proactive, and comfortable reading a set of plans. If you've spent a few years running the office for a contractor, builder, or trade business and you're ready to take ownership of the day-to-day, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Run daily office operations: scheduling, phones, email. Coordinate project schedules, appointments, meetings, and important deadlines with team. Schedule and coordinate construction inspections with the project team, and relevant parties. Track inspection schedules, confirmations, results, and required follow-up items to help keep projects on schedule. Coordinate and manage ongoing and upcoming projects with the team Read and interpret basic construction plans and specs to support team and communicate with the other parties. Maintain project files, permits, insurance certificates, and subcontractor documentation What We're Looking For 3-5 years of office management or administrative experience, in residential construction, building trades. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Working knowledge of construction plan reading: floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and basic specs. Familiarity with construction workflows and sequences Strong skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with construction project management software is a plus Clear, professional communication, written and verbal Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working with field crews and clients alike Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
