Job Description
We are a residential construction company wrapping up three projects at Sea Ranch, California and need an experienced Construction Project Manager to take the lead for approximately 3 months. Furnished housing at Sea Ranch is included — this is a live-on-location role in one of the most beautiful spots on the California coast. The Work You'll be managing three active residential projects simultaneously: A small remodel currently in progress A custom home in final finishing stages — drywall complete, bathroom tile done, targeting completion in 6-8 weeks A small custom home at insulation installation with close-in inspections already approved What You'll Be Doing Leading and coordinating an established crew of 5 Scheduling and managing trusted subcontractors across all three projects Tracking invoices and managing project paperwork Coordinating and attending inspections through final sign-off Reporting progress to ownership and keeping projects on schedule What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, with project or site management experience Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages Familiar with California building inspections and close-out processes Self-directed - you'll be the person on the ground making calls day-to-day Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation $5,000-$6,500/month depending on experience Fully furnished housing provided at Sea Ranch This is a contract role with a targeted 3-month duration.
