Responsibilities:
Drive the daily field schedule, coordinate specialty subcontractors, enforce strict OSHA safety standards, and manage logistics on secure or occupied institutional jobsites; maintain daily logs and interface with federal inspectors.
Qualifications:
7+ years of field leadership experience on commercial or public works projects; proven track record managing structural, MEP, or high-finish interior upgrades;
USACE CQM
(Construction Quality Management) or OSHA 30 certifications are highly desirable.
