• Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus) preferred
• Project Manager w/5+ years preferred
• Experience with a General Contractor
• Conceptual Estimating experience
• Communication skills and can wear many hats
• Microsoft Suite Software Proficient What's on Offer $150K
• 175K in base salary Top project based bonus structure
