A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Proven experience managing self-performed work or field operations in construction Strong leadership experience overseeing foremen and field teams Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination Demonstrated ability to drive productivity and profitability in field operations Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities A bit about us:•My client is one of the leading general contractors in the state and has an extensive footprint in the Bay Area construction market.
