Construction Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, and close-out Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Navigate permitting and regulatory requirements Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor buy-out Prepare scopes of work and review contracts and subcontracts Analyze plans/specs for constructability and sequencing Maintain project documentation (RFIs, logs, reports, submittals, change orders) Monitor jobsite progress, safety compliance, and superintendent performance Lead project meetings and provide regular updates with clients and team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction (ground-up, high-end residential and commercial) Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling Proficiency in construction software (Procore preferred), Smartsheet Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ideal Candidate Consistently meets or exceeds project deadlines Maintains a professional and client-focused demeanor Works effectively in a collaborative team environment Handles complex challenges with strong decision-making skills Mentors and supports project team members Compensation & Benefits 401(k) profit sharing Health Insurance Paid time off
