Job Description

We are licensed California general contractor specializing in commercial and high-end residential construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, and close-outDevelop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecastsCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsNavigate permitting and regulatory requirementsOversee procurement of materials and subcontractor buy-outPrepare scopes of work and review contracts and subcontractsAnalyze plans/specs for constructability and sequencingMaintain project documentation (RFIs, logs, reports, submittals, change orders)Monitor jobsite progress, safety compliance, and superintendent performanceLead project meetings and provide regular updates with clients and team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction (ground-up, high-end residential and commercialStrong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and schedulingProficiency in construction software (Procore preferred), Smartsheet'sExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyIdeal CandidateConsistently meets or exceeds project deadlinesMaintains a professional and client-focused demeanorWorks effectively in a collaborative team environmentHandles complex challenges with strong decision-making skillsMentors and supports project team membersCompensation & Benefits401(k) profit sharingHealth InsurancePaid time off
