Position:

Project Manager needed for a construction company.

Location:

Bay Area (Walnut Creek/San Jose)

Schedule:

Full-Time. Monday-Friday.

Duties:

1. Manage residential construction projects from start to finish. 2. Communicate daily with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams. 3. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and inspections. 4. Attend city inspections and clearly understand what inspectors require. 5. Read and understand plans, architectural drawings, and structural details. 6. Handle change orders and client update.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience as a Project Manager with a strong background in hardscape and landscape including pavers, turf, and outdoor construction. 2. Experience in managing home remodeling and residential construction projects from start to finish. 3. Must be able to pass a background check. 4. Strong network of subcontractors and construction industry contacts. 5. Skilled in scheduling coordination, and project oversight. 6. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 7. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. 8. Hands-on construction knowledge and ability to perform basic field work when needed. 9. Must be able to manage multiple projects and crews around 10-15 at a time. 10. Bilingual in Spanish or Hebrew is a plus.

Compensation:

$6,000-$8,000 per month depending on experience.

$6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
