Position Purpose:
Oversee an organization's consulting project and programs. Develops and executes plans, setting goals and guidelines, establishes budgets and timelines, and supervises daily operations to ensure an effective and safe workflow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Team Management Responsibilities- Complete management items as directed by Regional Director.
- Daily communication with direct report team members, including weekly project related schedules.
- Maintain full knowledge and status of direct report team members billable projects, status of deliverables, and maintain KPI tracking information.
- Review all team member project deliverables.
- Review and maintain project file structures and deadlines.
- Review team timesheets and expense reports daily.
- Oversee project setup and staffing.
- Train and mentor direct report team members on all aspects of project related field inspections.
- Train and mentor direct report team members on all aspects of project related deliverables.
- Train and mentor direct report team members on all aspects of admin related tasks. Marketing/Business Development Responsibilities
- Participate in business development client events.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Obtain new clients for company in local markets.
- Attend industry conferences as required.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 10 years in insurance and/or construction related industry.
- Minimum 5 years team management experience
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Active and proven insurance industry relationships with national level adjusters, attorneys and insurance carriers
- Travel required for local, regional and national business client assignments.
