The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands construction from the ground up, communicates effectively with subcontractors and project teams, and takes pride in completing projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Position Summary The Commercial Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities. This position will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and the client to ensure projects progress efficiently and according to plans, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience , as a Superintendent. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, sequencing, and building practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and schedules. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to identify construction issues and develop practical solutions -keep project on task. Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency with construction scheduling and project documentation software is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
