About Our Client As the Assistant Superintendent, you will support onsite field operations for ground‑up multifamily projects, working closely with the Lead Superintendent and Project Management team to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery.
Assist with day‑to‑day site operations on mid‑rise multifamily developments (typically 70-80 units)Coordinate subcontractor activities, inspections, and trade sequencingHelp maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling softwareSupport enforcement of safety standards, quality control, and site complianceParticipate in site meetings and assist with documentation and reportingTrack punch list items and support commissioning and close‑out activitiesContribute to a positive, collaborative jobsite culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
