At Skycastle Construction, we build high-end custom homes where there is rarely a straight path from plans to finished project. Unexpected conditions, changing details, and complex coordination are part of the job—and we are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, adapting, and finding the right way forward. What makes someone successful in this role?

You are someone who:

Builds strong relationships. You know that successful custom building depends on good relationships with subcontractors. You build trust while maintaining accountability.

Stays organized and thinks ahead. You know what needs to happen next, pay attention to the details, and address issues before they become problems.

Takes ownership. You don't wait to be told what needs attention. You take pride in your jobsite and follow through on commitments.

Communicates openly. You keep the Project Manager and team informed and understand that important information needs to be shared.

Does things the right way. You don't believe in shortcuts. You value quality, accountability, and doing right by clients, subcontractors, and teammates.

Enjoys solving problems. You are comfortable making decisions in the field, adapting when plans change, and finding practical ways to keep a project moving.

Cares about how buildings perform. You have experience or a genuine interest in green building, energy efficiency, durability, and building science. What you'll do As a Site Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day field operations of our custom home projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, Rodwin Architecture, and the Skycastle team.

You will be responsible for:

Leading daily construction activities on assigned projects.

Coordinating subcontractors, trades, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.

Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and construction details.

Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.

Monitoring quality, safety, schedule, and workmanship.

Maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager and team.
