Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a General Contractor overseeing commercial and government vertical construction projects in the Boulder area. This is a great opportunity for a Superintendent who has experience working for a GC managing multiple scopes of construction , coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and leading projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial vertical construction , government projects, subcontractor management, and client communication. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial and government vertical construction projects Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors and trades Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with project management Review plans, specifications, and project documents Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project Identify and resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with project teams Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and project leadership Track project progress and provide updates to management Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and contractual requirements Manage multiple scopes of work and ensure proper coordination between trades Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience Experience working for a General Contractor Strong background in vertical building construction Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors Government construction experience is highly preferred Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and project coordination Excellent communication and leadership skills Comfortable working directly with clients and project stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage projects from mobilization through completion Compensation & Benefits $100,000-$115,000 salary, depending on experience 3 weeks PTO 10 paid holidays $400/month vehicle allowance Company gas card Health benefits 401(k) Stable opportunity with an established General Contractor Opportunity to work on both commercial and government construction projects If you're an experienced Superintendent looking for a long-term opportunity with a GC where you can take ownership of projects and work on a variety of commercial and government construction, we'd like to hear from you. #
