Job Description

General Contractor/Construction Project Manager We are looking to add a savvy, connected, and confident in-house General Contractor/Construction Project Manager to our upscale architectural design-build firm in Boulder, CO. This is an in-office/on-site position located in Boulder, CO (NOT work-from-home). The role will be split between being on-site at client sites or working from our Boulder office. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of the interior design/construction industry, be extremely familiar with creating and managing construction calendars and documents, be comfortable managing subcontractors for multiple projects and job sites, have experience with ordering, and will have great leadership capabilities. A licensed general contractor would be perfect for this role!
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience working as a construction project manager or GC in the interior design-build industry Must be able to read plans Must have a truck/van capable of transporting materials for sites Extensive Microsoft Excel and Google Drive skills and general computer knowledge Experience creating and managing multiple construction calendars and documents Experience ordering product Experience meeting with inspectors Familiarity working with the city and with permitting Experience maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors Experience managing a construction site Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a crew Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills GC licensure is a bonus
Duties:
Set and manage project timelines and construction calendars Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, etc Order product for projects as needed Meet with inspectors and follow up as needed Independently manage a crew of subcontractors Travel to project sites locally and be our eyes and ears Communicate clearly and concisely with the design-build firm owner and designers Other duties as needed
Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 annually dependent on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
