A Construction Superintendent runs day-to-day operations on a construction site and controls the short-term schedule on the site. Also performs important quality control and coordinates subcontractors. Often works in cooperation with construction project manager.
$120,000 - $130,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects, with an emphasis on aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, technical, and secure facility work. This position is ideal for a field leader who can run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams.
Responsibilities include:
Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections. Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex commercial projects. Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore. Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup. Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes. Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements. Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership. Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.
Qualifications:
8+ years of commercial construction field experience. Prior Superintendent experience. Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, mission-critical, healthcare, data center, or technical commercial projects preferred. Procore experience required. Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation. Experience managing T&M work. OSHA 30 preferred.
