Foreman/Lead Operator

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Lead Operator to oversee construction projects, supervise field crews, and ensure the successful execution of infrastructure and building initiatives. This role is vital in maintaining safety standards, managing project schedules, and delivering high-quality results. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate daily operations, enforce safety protocols, and foster a collaborative team environment to drive project success from start to finish. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide on-site work and ensure adherence to design intent. Collaborate with management on scheduling updates, project progress reports, and resolving on-site issues promptly. Supervise subcontractors and vendors ensuring compliance with contract terms and quality standards.

Experience :

3+ years operator experience. Skilled in blueprint reading. Trimble GPS knowledge a plus. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols specific to construction sites. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. $34.00 - $37.00 per hour
