About Copestone Copestone General Contractors has been delivering commercial construction across Colorado and the Southwest since 1985. We specialize in ground-up construction, tenant improvements, retail, restaurant, fuel/convenience, and medical and dental facilities. We are Class A+ bonded and built on a reputation for trusted execution and long-standing client relationships. Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who can manage complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout with minimal oversight and a high standard for quality and schedule. Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial construction projects including ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and specialty facility construction to include fueling stations Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and owner communications Coordinate with field superintendents to ensure work is executed on time and to spec Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation in Procore Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Identify and resolve project issues proactively before they affect schedule or cost Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience Ground-up construction experience required Fueling/fuel station construction experience required Experience with medical and dental office construction preferred Proficiency in Procore Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insuranceSimple IRA PTO Pay:
